Discover how this Breath and Spirit™ Weekend and the power of the Breath awakens you. That is to say, it’s awakening you, not only, to greater physical health but Spiritual Wholeness as well!
Breath and Spirit Weekend is about exploring and experiencing our multi-dimensionality. As a result, we will bring the physical, mental, emotional, and Spiritual together leading us to our innate Wholeness.

Spiritus is the Latin word for “breath”. Spiritual seekers have known for millennia that breathing is a pathway to higher levels of consciousness. For instance, including Western mystics, Indian yogis, Taoist sages have all used breath to connect to spirit. By using the breath consciously we can connect to Spirit. In short, as we open our breath with Transformational Breath, we open to our expanded senses of self. Thereby creating a clear connection to Spirit.

Most people don’t realize the impact of not breathing optimally. For example, it limits our physical energy and quality of life. Similarly, it limits our ability to access those deepest spiritual levels of our being.

During this Breath and Spirit™ Weekend you will:
