To retreat means to step back.  When we are busy doing life, it’s easy to get tunnel vision and overlook the wisdom that lies within us.  A retreat is a time for you to step away from the usual pace of day to day life.  Create some space for you to look inward.  Our retreats offer skilled staff, powerful techniques, and enough time for you to immerse yourself completely in your own process.  It often takes some time to peel away the layers and get down to what’s important.  As you settle into the flow of the retreat, you begin to feel the freedom to explore what’s meaningful for you at that moment.  As a result, layers fall away and new possibilities emerge.

Struggling with a disease, whether it is physical, mental, or emotional, can be very draining. It becomes a cycle; the disease is stressful and the stress makes it harder for our bodies to heal. Taking time to address the underlying issues of the disease can set you free from this cycle. Often, underlying the physical symptoms are unprocessed emotions and trauma. We give you the tools to clear and integrate these patterns, thereby relieving long-held stress. When we let go at a very deep level, we create space inside for our innate healing wisdom to give us exactly what we need.

Why are retreats important?

Retreats are a way to tune back in. They are not about escaping life, but about finding the juice for life. When you take a break from your normal routine it offers your being the opportunity for something new to reveal itself. Often, gathering with a community of fellow explorers, in a new environment, can give you a whole new view of the world.   Come experience that needed break and allow your inner wisdom to guide your next step in life.
